Who are AR3? - Founders of AR3Hospitality Group
Anmol & Abhijeet - Rattan​​


Anmol Rattan brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality and real estate, having managed luxury properties with Oberoi Hotels and developed family-owned assets across India and Sweden. A hotelier at heart, he has built and operated destination properties grounded in service, legacy, and long-term value.

Abhijeet Rattan, born into the industry, represents the next generation — with a background in Digital Marketing from King’s College London and Hospitality Management from EHL Lausanne. He has worked in corporate tech and now leads AR3’s branding, sales, and digital strategy — bringing data, design, and guest experience together.

Together, they’ve launched AR3 Hospitality Group — a hybrid firm that not only owns and operates assets, but also offers strategy, marketing, and investment advisory. With active projects across Sweden, India, and the UK, AR3 has generated 100M+ SEK in value through transformation, capital investment, and network-driven growth.
